We’re looking for a female flatmate to join our lovely home near Seven Sisters Station, available from February 2026, to keep a good balance in the household.

We’re a friendly group of professionals in our 20s and 30s—easy-going, open-minded, and respectful. We value clear communication and mutual respect, and we aim to create a calm, welcoming, and friendly household where everyone feels comfortable and at home.

Our house is very international, and we love it that way! Currently, we’re a mix of English, French-Swiss, and Greek flatmates, and we’d be happy to welcome someone from any background. We’re also LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈.

We’re ideally looking for someone who:

- Values a clean and tidy living space

- Is happy to take part in weekly cleaning tasks

Location:
The location is fantastic. The Victoria Line gets you to Central London in under 30 minutes (around 15 minutes to Leicester Square & Soho). There are night tubes, 24-hour buses, and plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby.

The room:
- £750 per month, all bills included
- £375 deposit, fully refundable at the end of your stay (as long as the room is left in good condition — which has always been the case).
- Spacious double room with a sofa bed and desk. Despite being a sofa bed, the mattress is high-quality and bought separately, so it’s very comfortable for sleeping 🛏️

Pets:
We’re cat lovers, and a cat can be considered, as one will be moving out soon 🐱.
