Hey lovely people, our 6 person warehouse has a windowed double room, and will be needing someone to be moving in ASAP.

We are looking for someone who is a fun, creative people to join Belle, Daniel, Iza, Toma and myself all in our mid twenties. We are a fun bunch who enjoy drinks around the fire together, watching films and some kitchen table dancing on the weekend. We are looking for open minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, clean and relaxed people preferably people who are familiar with warehouse living.
The house features:
- two separate bathrooms
- washer dryer
- heating and double glazed windows
- communal garden
- private terrace with fire pit
- gated building
- bike and car parking

The room will come with a bed frame suitable for a double mattress and clothes hanger, it can be decorated as you wish. Long term let available on a rolling contract. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Rent is £580 pm and bills are shared with house mates estimated around £50 pcm.
Rent includes a cleaner every fortnight (this is currently on hold due to Covid).

A deposit of £580 will be taken. This is a private listing so there will be no agency fees.

Cara House is in a really convenient location just a 15 minute walk from Seven Sisters & Manor House tube and 1 minute walk from the 254 bus route, we have plenty of parks in the area all within walking distance.
