Cosy Room in Houseshare on the Ladder

Hello! We have a cozy double room available in our terraced house on the Harringay Ladder, so we are looking for a new flatmate to join the crew.

The room is on the second floor, is fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe and a double bed.

We have 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a spacious living area (separate from the kitchen) and a beautiful garden that we use a lot in the summer (with plants, herbs, BBQs, swing chair…) Some parts of the house are in need of some TLC, but in exchange for the low rent, we try and do as much as we can ourselves!

We are four young professionals, from the UK and Jamaica. We are an LGBT-friendly, easy going and open-minded bunch. We are looking for someone who is friendly, conscientious and likes to take the initiative to do things, someone with whom to have a drink, cook a meal or have a little chat at the end of a long day. We care about the people we live with and also the space we live in. We like the idea of having a home. However, we like our privacy too, so don't worry, won't expect you to be interacting in the house 24/7.

We all do our part to respect the space we live in: we like the common areas to be kept neat and clean at all times, and we expect everyone to do their part! We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight but we also clean in the weeks in between.

Monthly bills are between £120 - £150, meaning you'd spend around £550 a month between rent, bills and council tax (band E).

A deposit of £410 is to be paid when you agree to move in. No agency involvement.
