Double Room - 810£- All Included Harringay N4

Hi everybody,

We're looking for a new housemate for our place in Stanhope Gardens, just off Green Lanes (N4).

We have a furnished double room available. The rent is £810 per month, including all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet). The minimum contract is 6 months, with a one-month deposit required. (No couples, sorry) (No pets).

In terms of transport, Manor House (Piccadilly line, zone 2) is about an 8-minute walk, Harringay Green Lanes Overground is 3 minutes away, and Harringay rail station (runs to Moorgate) is about 7 minutes away. There are also many buses from the end of the road into the city centre (29, 141, 341).

This is a five-bedroom house. We have a living/dining room, a new kitchen, one bathroom (with a second toilet downstairs), and a good-sized back garden for barbecues and so on.

As for us, we are four men in our 30s, all working. We get on well but without living in each other's pockets.
