Bright room in big house off Green Lanes

Bright south-facing double room on the top floor of a big terrace. You've got plenty of storage space, room for a small desk and there's a bathroom on the top floor landing.

There's another bathroom / shower on the floor below (so two bathrooms between the three of us). The kitchen is a good size. We keep bikes in the empty corner, then kitchen + dining table all standard.

The lounge is big, really big by London standards, with a ¾ size pool table and plenty of light from midday to sunset.

You’d be living with Dan and Jack. Dan is a photographer. Jack is an assistant director in TV & Film. Both easy to live with, relaxed, clean, tidy, each have their own schedules/social groups but housemate hanging out is a pretty common relaxed occurrence. The downstairs neighbours are a lovely couple too. At the moment it's an all-male house, but we've had mixed in the past and happy to do that again.

The flat is 2 minutes walk away from The Salisbury, not only the best pub in the area but one of the best in the city! There’s music at Jam in a Jar every week, a great bar/restaurant, and also close by are plenty of independent stores of different cuisines/specialities, as well as a Tescos, dozens of really good cafes, restaurants, bars, take-aways etc. all along Green Lanes.

Within fifteen minutes of the house are a number of parks varying in size and busy-ness, as well as a great nature reserve walk all the way to Highgate. The nearest tube is 10 minutes walk away (Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line) as well as the Green Lanes overground stop 10 min walk in the opposite direction. A 14 min walk / 5 min bus gets you to Manor House. 20 min away are Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters and a bunch of different train stations too. The 29 and 341 buses go from almost outside the house into central. It’s perfect for late night journeys home or to speed up getting around North London.

Rent is currently £750 per month, and we all pay £125 per month each into a shared account for bills, so you're looking at £875 pcm total.
