Our lovely housemate is moving to Dorset so we have a spacious double room available in our four bed warehouse from mid August. Just 5 - 10 minutes’ walk from Manor House, Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill stations.

Based in a fun residential warehouse district, we're set back from the main road and have free private car parking facilities.

We have great neighbours and regularly socialise together, especially when the weather's good and we can take advantage of the decking and the BBQs.
We try to keep things quiet during the week as we have full time jobs, but there is always something social to do around the house and in the local area. You will not be bored.

Stoke Newington/Dalston and Haringey Green Lanes are all nearby so there's an excellent local selection of restaurants and bars. There's also a large retail park within a short walking distance.

Current tenants are Marta a Translation Project Manager, Shannon a Copywriter and Content Manager, and Jon and Lori, a friendly couple who are subletting.

We're a pretty chilled out, sociable bunch and are hoping to find someone friendly and likeminded.
