Double room available in a 2-bed terrace house in Seven Sisters off St. Ann’s Rd.
The house is big open-plan downstairs with a garden, sitting room, kitchen / dining area and toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom.
10 mins walk from Seven Sisters on the Victoria line so only 30 mins to kings x door to door.
Walking distance to Haringey Green Lanes high street too.
You’d be sharing with me and my dog Ezekiel!
I’ve owned the house 5 years and am a yoga teacher, also teaching yoga to kids with special needs.
Would suit a dog lover aged 30-45 who’s looking for a chilled, friendly home space.
Really up for watching tv and hanging out when we’re both at home, as made some great friendships from living with people.
And also happy to have friends over and throw a few dinner parties.
The room is £750 a month including bills, and I’m also open to short-term lets.
