2 rooms available in bright houseshare with garden

We have two rooms becoming available in our lovely house right near Finsbury Park and a giant Sainsbury's. (I am moving after 4 years in the house to shorten my work commute and our other housemate is moving in with a best friend after 5 years here.)

Room 1: Small double bed room. The room can come partially furnished, depending on what you need/want. The dresser, book shelves, and bed with double mattress can stay in the room if you’d like them. It is the smallest (and cheapest) room in the house and could be made bigger if you put a single bed in. The room is on the first floor next to the bathroom. With a double it is almost a box room, but we do have lots of storage space around the house and in the garage.

Room 2: Upstairs double bed room. A lovely room that catches afternoon light and has enough space for a double bed, and a desk or armchair and shelves etc. It has a large built in wardrobe that will house all your possessions and neatly hide them from view. This room is on the top floor next to one other bedroom.


10 minutes’ walk to Manor House station and 5 minutes to Harringay Green Lanes, with excellent bus connections to Central London and the City. 

There is a free off-street parking space in the driveway.

We are looking for a kind and friendly housemate with experience of living in a shared house. 



We are two friends, Claire and Chloe, who have lived here for 7 and 3 years and have tried to make the house feel like home. We try to keep the communal areas clean and tidy and we like to hang out as a house when we can. This is a calm and peaceful home.


We have a bright kitchen (our de-facto living room) with a sofa and double doors that open up into our south-facing garden. We also have a small spare room upstairs that we use as a laundry room, a bathroom with a bath/shower combination shared between three of us, and an additional downstairs loo. 


We really like this area. It has a lot of green space and reliable transport. It's near some great cafes and restaurants on Green Lanes and our neighbours are nice and quiet.


We are an LGBTQIA+ household.

Our contract renews on 15th November however our housemates will have moved out by the 20 October so we can be flexible if you would like to move sooner.

Unfortunately, our landlord requests that you have a UK based guarantor who owns property.

Bills come to around £120 p/m in the summer and up to £160 in the winter.
