Trendy room with fridge and microwave

The room is in my 3 bed house. I have a garden (can send you pictures), communal kitchen and bathroom.

My house is 10 min walk to Turnpike Lane tube in the Piccadilly line. The local park (3 min) is downhills. Lovely park full of friendly dog walkers and families. It also has an awesome cafe (the forks and green).

The house I has a fast, reliable wifi set up.

Your bedroom has a sofa, coffee table and desk for your comfort. It also has a clothe rail and a wardrobe so plenty of storage.

Im also purchasing a small fridge and microwave so you can be independent; have your own food storage and use the microwave for warming meals.

I’m easy going and sociable but at home I like to keep to myself. So someone that is discreet and also like their own company would be more suitable.

In addition I’m clean and tidy and would expect the same from my flatmate.

You would also need to be aware that I have my son with me (9 years old) every other week and that I won’t accept visitors.
