Double Room in 5 Person House

1 double room available in a 5 person house in Harringay/Haringey.

We’re a sociable house, who sometimes cook, eat, garden, and hang out together. We’re looking for a housemate who is interested in living together with other people, not just finding a room. Having said that we all have busy lives and our own interests so we don’t have any expectation that people be around all the time!

We are a group of four housemates and a baby – currently two women and two men, aged between 35-40 years and the baby is 6 months. We are looking for a housemate who would enjoy to living with a baby (soon to be toddler, then small child!) We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

The rent is low and the house is clean and cared for, but rough around the edges. We often do small small DIY jobs ourselves.

Shared spaces:
Sitting room, kitchen + dining room, bathroom, toilet, bike shed and garden.

The room:

£396/month - double room, ground floor, with wardrobe and desk

The water bill is covered by the landlord, but the electricity, gas and internet bills are split equally between housemates. In total these have typically come to around £40/month + council tax, which is £40/month.

We can't have any cats or dogs unfortunately, but anything smaller might work!
