Double Room, House Share in Harringay

Currently looking for someone to fill the last room in a four bed house share. I own and live at the property with two other people already renting rooms. As you can see from the pictures, it is a spacious and furnished house with a garden.

The room is on the top floor of the house, with an adjacent toilet. There is a bed, mattress, dresser and wardrobe that come with the room.

Bills are included in the monthly rent and the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer.

I have a four year old cockapoo so being comfortable with dogs is important.

There is a tenancy agreement that can be discussed if the application is successful.

I work from home currently with another housemate occasionally doing so, there would be space for another person to work but preferably not every day of the week.

Currently not accepting couples as having five in the house is a bit of stretch.

There is no deposit as I am not in the scheme but there is a tenancy agreement covering damage and require the first months rent on the day that you would move in.
