Double Room, House Share in Harringay

Currently looking for someone to fill the last room in my house. I am renting out the three rooms and live at the property. As I live here the house is fully furnished and has a garden.

The room is on the top floor of the house, with an adjacent toilet. There is a bed, mattress, dresser and wardrobe that come with the room.

All bills are included in the monthly rent and the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer.

I have a seven year old cockapoo so being comfortable with dogs is important.

There is a tenancy agreement that has to be signed if the application is successful.

I work from home/am disabled so am usually in the house. Happy for to work from home in your room bit preferably not everyday. I smoke but only in the garden so not a problem if you do but no smoking allowed inside the house.

Not accepting couples in terms of jointly renting but happy for you to have someone over up to 3 nights a week.

There is no deposit as I am not in the scheme but there is a tenancy agreement covering damage and require the first months rent on the day that you would move in. Feel free to contact me to arrange a viewing
