Garden Room in Victorian Flat Conversion

Hey! I’m looking to let out my spare room that leads out onto a beautiful garden on a Mon-Fri basis.

I work during the week, sometimes from home and sometimes not (very flexible) and enjoy either going out with friends in the evenings or doing some yoga / running.

I’d love to be able to enjoy my home to myself at the weekends but also enjoy having someone around during the week - even in a short term basis.

The room would suit a professional who likes an garden view and access from their room, needs to sometimes work in town during the week (flat is 5min walk from Turnpike Lane underground station) and doesn’t want a characterless place to live from during that time.

The whole flat is professionally cleaned once a week, which is included in the cost. The garden is maintained by myself.

I’m very flexible and open to all and any applications. My main priority is keeping the home peaceful and enjoyable.
