Large room warehouse sublet 22nd May- 7th June

I am subletting my room in our large and bright warehouse conversion in Manor House as will travel from around the 22nd May - 7th June. The room has a good size mezzanine (you can stand in), high ceilings and full length windows/skylights, a window that opens to the outside and comes fully furnished with sofa, new mattress, desk, chair, drawers, clothes rail, shelves, speakers - and nice plants! I can move out my stuff to make space for yours, as much as you need.

Rent is £200 per week and am ideally I'm looking to sublet for most of that date range. This includes all bills! and good wifi. Deposit is £200 and rent is paid on day 1 of your sublet.

There are 22 housemates in total, but it honestly doesn’t get very intense as everyone is out working and in the city and we have a lot of space. We are between 23 and 40+ in age and work in different areas such as photography, music, dj's, science, academia, social justice, illustration, video editing, architecture, VR, fashion, and so forth. This is a chilled warehouse with occasional weekend noise and would suit someone who’s doing their thing during the week but wouldn’t mind the occasional get-together on the weekend. We enjoy house dinners, drinks, going to parties/ dancing, watching films on the projector and street BBQs in summer, but there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing and my room is in the backspace which doens't hear the main space at all. I'd love to sublet to someone the household like, so I'm meeting/video calling people, and those in LDN can come by asap. Get in touch and we'll figure it out.

There’s a big open-plan kitchen and living room with plenty of plants, a piano and a projector. We also have two shy cats. There’s a dedicated work/art making area which you are free to used and we have a weekly cleaner for communal areas, which is included in the rent. If you plan to use the work space, just let me know what kind, I'm sure we can accommodate your ideas and work.

The house is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House, Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill stations and is about 20-30 minutes walk away from Stoke Newington Church Street.
