Ensuite Double Available in Friendly 6 Bed House

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our friendly 6 bedroom house in Harringay! We are all girls in our late twenties/ early thirties with different professions, routines and hybrid working patterns. The house has a nice (recently refurbished) kitchen/living room area which is great space to hang out in, and we are really keen to find a sociable flatmate who is interested in becoming friends as well as just someone to live with (though we also understand the importance of having space/time to yourself of course!) Things we like as a flat include movie nights, board games, pub quizzes, the occasional flat dinner and just sitting around chatting with a drink or cup of tea :) We are ideally looking for professionals in their late twenties or early thirties.

The room is a large double with an ensuite for £990 pcm and is available from the beginning of July. The price includes all bills, wifi and council tax, as well as a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, shelves etc. The house has a large-ish kitchen, livingroom area, utility space with a washing machine, and a garden, and is located on a quiet residential street in Harringay, very close to shops, restaurants etc. It has good transport links with Harringay Station and Harringay Green Lanes both less than 10 minutes walk away. Turnpike Lane and Manor House tube stations (both on the piccadilly line) are roughly a 15 minute walk away. There is also permit parking available on the street outside.
