Sublet for 6-8 months negotiable

One of our housemates is unwell with long covid so she is looking to sublet her room until she is better, therefore the exact amount of time for the sublet is negotiable for the right applicant.

We are looking for people that are interested in living communally and sharing dinners and food together sometimes. We are left-wing, vegetarians and musicians and would love to meet people who have similar interests. We do practise regularly in the house (nothing too loud) but if that is an issue, this is not the house for you.

We are looking for someone aged 30-45, so please do not respond to this advert if you are below that age, thanks.

The house is on the Harringay ladder which is a great location for transport and near lots of nice cafes and restaurants.
The current housemates are:
Sean: Sound recordist for film and TV, Harmonica player, Blues enthusiast and vegetarian.
Alice: Musician, artist
Clare: Baker and sports enthusiast

About the house:
We have a lovely garden, kitchen and living room.
The room is upstairs.
The current housemate wishes to leave all the furniture in place if possible, mattress, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Pets

Even though it is a sublet we will still require the following documents:
previous landlord reference
three months bank statements
right to rent
1 months rent as deposit
We will then sign a lodger agreement between all the people living in the house.
