Double Room in Manor House

Hello future housemate!

We're looking for someone to move into our home as one of us is sadly leaving.

The other trio living here are: Dina (she/her, 33) an interior designer who enjoys hiking, drawing and going to gigs; Jasper (he/him, 33), who works in in tech and likes running and music; and Will (he/him, 34), a civil servant who enjoys going to gigs and rock climbing.

The room:
It is on the first floor, has views to the garden and plenty of light. The room is furnished including a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a double bed.

The house:
Our two-story house is on a quiet street with parks nearby. It has a living room and an amazing kitchen/diner pass-through to a south-facing garden. There's also two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower tub).

The neighbourhood:
The house is close to good pubs and is about a 20 min walk to West Reservoir and the Castle Climbing Centre. There are also several restaurants nearby, including many Turkish ones.

The place is well connected, with Manor House, Harringay Green Lanes, and Harringay stations all in walking distances. There are also plenty of buses and good cycle routes nearby. On street car parking is also available.

We try and maintain a friendly and welcoming home - we have friends over from time to time and occasionally use the living room as a spare room if a friend’s visiting. Someone who's clean, organised, and social would be a great fit!

Bills come to around 115/month (internet, gas/energy, water and council tax).
