Modern room 4 min from Turnpike Lane - Short Term

Hello! I’m renting the second room in my fully renovated flat, the lower floor of a Victorian conversion situated on a quiet road near Turnpike Lane station. This is ideally a short-term let, but flexible in general. I'm also open to weekday-only arrangements (in which case, the price would be adjusted).

The living room and kitchen area opens up onto a beautiful and relaxing south-facing garden. There is one shared bathroom, with a bathtub.

The Room
Spacious double room with a large window overlooking the garden. It comes with a double ottoman bed and mattress, bed side table, desk, chair, and a VERY spacious wardrobe.

The Location
Located only 4-min walk from Turnpike Lane station, on the Piccadilly Line. On The tube, we are 20 min door-to-door from King’s Cross, and 30 min from Oxford Circus. The bus station is located 2 mins away from the flat, which makes commuting even easier at night.

About me
I’m 35 years old and work in the social impact / not-for-profit sector. I'm a relaxed individual to live with, generally up for a chat over a glass of wine, or sharing a meal. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing sport, as well being lazy and watching films (or most likely tennis!) from the sofa, when time allows (although rarely these days).

About You
I’m looking for a responsible and clean person who is respectful of other people’s spaces and things, and generally pleasant to be around. I wouldn’t want to live with a perfect stranger!

Costs
Bills are not included, and add up to £250 / month.
