Room available in friendly N15 flat! *vegans only*

Our wonderful flatmate is moving to go traveling, so we're looking for someone to rent a room in our very friendly 4-bedroom flat in N15!

The room is £510 per month, plus around £100 for bills for now (this includes council tax, internet, water, gas, and electricity). The room has a big window and lots of natural light. It's rather small (around 7 square meters) but fits a double bed if that's important for you! It will likely be unfurnished.

Students and professionals welcome. LGBTQ friendly, Non-smoking flat.

About the flat:
We have a living room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washer and a dryer, a small bathroom, and a separate toilet. We have a lovely little garden where we grow a few things and have wonderful BBQs in the summer. The flat has a loft for storage and a small shed where you could keep a bike!

Location:
2mn walk to the nearest bus stops. About 15-20mn from tube stations Manor House, Turnpike Lane, and Seven Sisters (Victoria and Piccadilly lines). About 15mn walk to Harringay Green Lanes overground.
2mn walk to Chestnuts park, very close to lots of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets... We're in a very quiet street, and the room's window opens to the garden.

About us:
- Me (female, 31), French. I work full-time, mostly in the office, as a news researcher for a media company. I love to cook, read, travel, play tennis, and binge-watch TV shows. Very sociable and easy to live with.
- Ben (male, 33, my partner), French, works mostly from home as a sociology PhD candidate and lecturer. He's quiet and considerate, loves reading, playing tennis, watching true crime documentaries, playing board games and making silly dad jokes.
- Kerstin (female, 29), German. She's an interior designer and loves traveling, swimming, and playing board games. She is super friendly and considerate as well and bakes the most delicious vegan cakes!

We all get along very well. We love to play board games and watch movies together but we also enjoy doing our own things, especially during the week. We are all vegan, so we would want our new flatmate to be vegan as well, as we also really enjoy cooking and sharing meals together once in a while!

We have a cleaning rota that works very well for us and always keeps the flat clean. We take turns every weekend and there's never any drama, so we'd like to keep that system! We are totally ok for you to have family, friends, or partners over, but it's not a party house and we're looking for someone who's happy to keep it quiet, especially during the week. :)

There is a little bit of flexibility with the move in date, so if you needed to move in a few days earlier or later, we are happy to accomodate.
