Double Bedroom with en suite bathroom

We are a young professional couple with a fully furnished room to rent in our house in our recently renovated loft space. Along with an en suite bathroom it also comes with an Air Conditioning unit for those increasingly hot summer months! There are great views overlooking north London towards Alexandra Palace as we are at the top of the hill.

We are currently both hybrid working so part time in the office and part time at home. There is currently a standing desk in the bedroom that can be purchased from our current house mate with Ethernet port for direct connection to Internet. We are ideally looking for someone on a similar work schedule to us i. e. Mon-Fri professional workers.

There are many options for transport in the area including the British Rail that goes direct to Old Street/ Moorgate, the overground which goes between Walthamstow and Gospel Oak and finally the Piccadilly line. All are around 10 mins away.

We enjoy socialising at the weekend, especially discovering new local restaurants and pubs. Both of us have busy jobs which keep us very engaged during the week. We also have a fully functioning beer tap!
