Spacious single room with double bed available in Turnpikelane. Ten minutes walking distance to Turnpikelane tube station and all the amenities(Wood Green Mall) and 15 minutes to Manor House. Five minutes from Bus Stop(29/ 141) and Hornsey Station.
The room is located on the lower floor of a two-floor Victorian house.
You’ll also have access to a shared living room and a big garden, perfect for relaxing, especially in good weather.

We’re friendly, easygoing working professionals who’ve lived together for more than 10 years. The house has a very calm, relaxed vibe. We enjoy a peaceful home while still being social from time to time. It’s NOT a party house, as some of us start working early and others finish late, so we’re very mindful of noise and routines. We usually just give a heads-up if having guests over.

Looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful. Ideally a professional, but students are welcome if mindful of everyone’s schedules.
