Double bedroom in 2 bed flat

Hi there

I’m looking for someone to take on my fully-furnished double bedroom in my 2 bed flat.

I will be away travelling a lot, so it would suit someone independent who is happy having the flat to themself for lots of the time, but also happy with a little company when we are both around.

(I will have the second bedroom down a few stairs.)

I’m a 39 year old female, I work remotely and I’m warm, friendly, considerate and communicative.

The bedroom has the most amazing huge comfortable Teak king sized bed, a TV, double wardrobes, shoe storage and desk.

The flat is a quirky Victorian conversion, with its own private main entrance, raised ground floor, overlooking Finsbury Park. There is an open plan kitchen / living area with big dining table, Sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped, (with a great bean to cup coffee machine!) and there is a fast virgin Wi-Fi connection.

Manor House tube & Harringay Green Lanes are 5-10 min walk away and buses 2 mins away. There’s a gym, big Sainsbury’s, a couple of pubs and some great cafes and restaurants a stone’s throw away too. The location couldn’t be better for amenities.

I’m looking for someone warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and reliable who would value the place as their London home.

It will be available mid Feb for £1350 monthly with bills included.
