Hi all,

We have a lovely room becoming available on June 7th and are looking for a new housemate, ideally female, to help create a balanced 2 girls / 2 guys household. We're starting a new tenancy, so it's a great time to join. Working professionals only, please.

Flexibility to move in up to June 14th if needed, as our current housemate is happy to stay a few extra days. Rent would be adjusted accordingly, though the tenancy agreement would still begin on June 7th.

About the House:
Four bedrooms, a cozy living room, a separate toilet and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden - perfect for relaxing in the summer.

The Room:
Bright and spacious, the room comes furnished with a bed and shelves. The other furniture shown in the photos belongs to the current housemate and will be taken with her when she moves out - leaving you plenty of space to set it up just how you like.

Rent & Bills:

Rent: £810/month

Deposit: £650 (protected by DPS)

Bills: Around £150/month – this includes electricity, gas, water, council tax (Band D), broadband, and a cleaner who visits every couple of weeks for the shared areas.

7 mins to Harringay Green Lanes Overground

15 mins to Manor House & Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line)

20 mins to Seven Sisters (Victoria Line)

Grocery options nearby include Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, a massive Sainsbury’s, and several 24-hour off-licenses.

Who We Are:
We’re a relaxed, friendly bunch in our twenties and thirties. Mina and Clem have been housemates in this home for the past three years, and Zach will be joining at the start of the new tenancy in June. We enjoy the occasional shared meal or drink but also respect each other’s space and keep the home tidy and peaceful. Clem works at a vintage shop and spends most of his time making music. Zach is into climbing and drawing, and works on animated movies. Mina is in marketing, working from home mostly and enjoys cooking, going on hikes and reading.
