Spacious furnished double room. 3 mins to Z3 tube!

We are looking for a new flatmate for 6 months in our lovely house in Turnpike Lane. We are 1 guy, 1 non binary person and 2 girls all working a mix of home and office days. We also have a spacious, clean and lovely garden.

The room is very spacious and bright. It comes with a very comfortable bed, wardrobe and draws.

As a house we are very friendly, social but also appreciate each others space. We’re clean and organised but also know how to get messy 😜. The house has two showers and 2 toilets. We spend some evenings in the kitchen/living chilling, watching tv, chatting and would be happy for you to do the same.

Room is only available from 8th July as we are extending the contract with our landlord. The deposit is £715 (not 615-Spareroom wouldn't let us put the actual amount for some reason) and will be paid securely through them and rent (£600) to them also. You will have to sign a 6 month contract with them and go through regular reference checks.

The house is situated in a great location with a bus station and turnpike lane train station (Piccadilly line) 3 minutes walk from the house. There are also multiple parks within 5 minutes walk which are nice for a weekend stroll.

Bills currently come to around £140 a month. £50 for Council Tax, £10 for strong wifi, £60 for Gas/Electric and £10 for water.
