Looking for an easy going young at heart mature flat mate to share my lovely character driven home which I own .
I am offering an average size double room in large spacious 2 bed first floor flat with garden and roof terrace .
The room is furnished with a small double bed , built in wardrobe , chest of drawers , bed side table , work station and Ikea billy bookcase storage .
Excellent location Turnpike tube ( Piccadilly line ) and Hornsey over ground ( 18 mins to the city ) 5-7 min walk. Buses going going to many areas .Wood green high road with all its shops , cinema's and gyms round the corner. Crouch End and Muswell Hill with lots of bars and restaurants short bus ride away , Crouch End 20 min walk . AllyPally and other parks , open spaces on the door step .

Looking for female or male flatmate sociable as myself who I can enjoy good conversations with over cup of tea , coffee or the old glass of wine at home but also someone who likes quiet and downtime and respects other people’s needs for it and privacy as I do .
I do my best to keep my lovely home as tidy as I can and would want my new flat mate to do the same after all it will be their home too.
