We have one fully furnished double bedroom to rent in a brilliant 3 bedroom house in Green Lanes.

The room is a spacious double bedroom, with a large wardrobe, desk (if required) and a window that provides natural light throughout the day. The room also has space to include some additional additional furniture.

You’ll be sharing the house with two very chilled and fun housemate who work in the arts and in sustainability.

We are super relaxed, friendly and always tidy. We like to cook, chat and have a glass of wine together with housemates, sometimes under the enjoyment of a good movie. We like to socialise but we also very respectful of each other's space. We also really like art, music and plants!

The property has been recently redecorated and refurbished and has a large open plan kitchen - dining - living space with access to a little garden, which is ideal for the summer barbecues and outdoor workouts.

The area (Harringay) is full of great Turkish restaurants, some of them award-winning, so you won't be in short supply of amazing food!
There are also many cafes and independents along the main road, perfect for Sunday morning breakfasts, curing hangovers or doing some work!

Down the road, at Manor House, we have the Castle, an indoor climbing centre that receives more annual visits than any other climbing centre in the U. K. AND it's in a castle!

Hop on the bus to Finsbury Park and you'll find bowling, cinema and more great places to eat. Or take a walk, it's only 15 mins away! Perfect for summer time or chill-outs.

All bills come to £195 (council Tax, electricity & gas, water, fast Internet (Virgin fibre optic 200Mbps).
