Viewings Currently FULL

We are three friends - (2 girls, one boy Chloe Maddie and James) living in Tottenham - our other two housemates are moving to Morocco so we need 2 new friends to move in! We are fun and friendly, we like nights in and out (the usual stuff).
We like to hang out together as we are friends rather than housemates (but obvs we are happy to have our own space and time).
We are super duper close to Tottenham Hale tube station - less than 5 min walk and there is a great retail park just down the road with Lidl, Asda, TKMaxx, etc...
We have the option for parking permits £80 for the year!
There is a cosy upstairs room with double bed, chest of drawers, a desk, chair and a wardrobe.
The second room is a bit larger and is downstairs, it has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair too. (There is also a downstairs toilet and shower which we treat as the ensuite tbh)
Unfortunately we cannot have students, this is a landlord requirement. :(
We're planning on having viewings in the evenings of 15th 16th 17th of July so let us know if you're free then!
