The room has a high ceiling, two large fitted closets/wardrobe spaces, a comfortable double bed, laminate flooring and double glazed windows inc desk and 2 x drawers

We are three slightly introverted , mature professionals who have lived together for a combination of 8 years.

We all value communication, maturity and mutual respect for each other and the space we share and live in.

We are a friendly & warm mix of Finnish, Italian and British nationalities and enjoy spending some time together as well as time apart.

We’ve created a lovely dynamic and are now looking for a new likeminded individual

We always talk and reason out any differences of opinions or situations should they arise around shared living in a house share community

We have fairly regular house meetings to check in with each other and maintain the functionality and serenity of our dynamic - we are a drama free house !

The kitchen is small but we all have plenty of our individual storage space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards. There is also a washing machine and microwave.

We also have a weekly cleaning rota, so dedication and respect for this is also essential to us.

We really care about where we live and the landlord is awesome! :)
