Mezzanine room in residential warehouse in N4

We have a double room with a mezzanine bed area in Arena Design Centre, Manor House. We’re looking for someone to move in 1st August.

It’s £670 per month, including all bills, internet, cleaning and house kitty. The deposit is one months’ rent. Rooms come mostly unfurnished, but there’s usually bits kicking about.

We’re a house of 15 with a mix of designers, musicians, makers, doers. We’re quite chill during the weekdays - house meals, pool, films - then usually out and about on the weekends. We’re looking for someone permanently and who wants to be involved in the house - we’re a pretty tight and social house, but respectful of each other's space.

There’s a studio, where some housemates work from home and a little outdoor area. We’re not currently looking for couples, sorry!

The rooms available have a ladder to the top level.

It’s a rolling one month contract, with one month’s notice to move out.
