Hi, I’m Chrissy! I live in a comfortable 3-bedroom maisonette with another professional lady. My 12-year-old son also stays with me every other week. We’re looking for a respectful, considerate lodger to join our peaceful home.

What’s on Offer:

-A quiet and cozy room in a relaxed, tidy household.
-All bills included, so no surprises at the end of the month!
-Access to a garden (a work in progress but great for fresh air).
-Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Turnpike Lane station, with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby.
-A calm and peaceful street, both day and night.

Who This Would Suit:
Our household is tranquil, tidy, and minimalist. We’re looking for someone who values cleanliness and keeps shared spaces neat. If you enjoy a calm, low-key environment and prefer an independent living style, this could be the perfect place for you.

Both my current lodger and I are on the quieter, more reserved side, so we’re best suited to someone who appreciates their own space and doesn’t require a lot of social interaction at home. If you’re extroverted or thrive on a busier household, this might not be the right fit.

This home also works well for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time—remote work is fine for up to two days a week.

**A Few Important Details**:

-No Storage outside of your bedroom: there’s no extra space for belongings. If you have kitchen appliances, pots, pans, or other items that would not fit in your room this setup likely won’t be suitable.

-The room comes as per pictures. I wouldn’t be able to remove furniture as I don’t have anywhere to store it.

-Visits: Visits are the exception rather than the rule. Occasional visits (about once or twice a month max) can be arranged, but they should ideally be contained to your room to avoid disturbing the rest of the household.

-The maisonette is tidy, clean, and calm, and I’m looking for someone who shares these values.

Other Details:

The initial agreement is for 3 months, renewable if it’s a good fit for everyone.
