Hi, I’m Chrissy! I live in a comfortable 3-bedroom maisonette with another professional lady. It is a family house as I live with my 12 year old son. We’re looking for a respectful, considerate lodger to join our peaceful home.
What’s on Offer:
-A quiet and cozy room in a relaxed, tidy household.
-All bills included, so no surprises at the end of the month!
-Access to a garden (a work in progress but great for fresh air).
-Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Turnpike Lane station, with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby.
-A calm and peaceful street, both day and night.
Who This Would Suit:
Our household is tranquil, tidy, and minimalist. We’re looking for someone who values cleanliness and keeps shared spaces neat..
Both my current lodger and I are on the quieter, more reserved side, so we’re best suited to someone who appreciates their own space and doesn’t require a lot of social interaction at home. If you feel this corresponds to you it might be a perfect fit!
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:
-Storage: There is unfortunately no storage outside of your bedroom. The place is fully furnished and there is no extra space for belongings such as kitchen appliances, pots, pans, or other items that would not fit in your room.
-The room comes as per pictures. I wouldn’t be able to remove furniture as I don’t have anywhere to store it.
-Visits would be the exception rather than the rule. Occasional visits can be arranged, but they should ideally be contained to your room to avoid disturbing the rest of the household.
-The maisonette is tidy, clean, and calm, and we're looking for someone who shares these values.
- This is a family house so my son and I will be around quite a fair bit.
Other Details:
The initial agreement is for 3 months, renewable if it’s a good fit for everyone.
