Hello! I am a 26-year-old professional working in pharma. I am looking for a flatmate to take a spacious double bedroom with private bathroom available in a beautiful new-built modern two bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a sliding ceiling to floor window with access to an 8-meter long balcony. It’s a south facing window therefore the room and living room are both very lit!

The flat is fully furnished with a big modern living room. The building has 24/7 concierge/security. It also has a free gym, two big terrace garden with great view, a function room with a pool table and a conference room. There's also a PureGym right downstairs1!

The location is 1 min away from Seven Sisters station (8 minutes to King’s Cross, 12 minutes to Oxford Circus on the Victoria line). There's also an Overground 2 mins away that's 20 mins from Liverpool Street.

The rent is £1350 per month with wifi, all other bills come up to £130 a month.

Contract will be 14 October 2024-13 October 2025. Landlord will need salary reference.

I am an outgoing, fun, respectful and clean person. I love going to a bar and a picnic in the park. I spend most of my time doing a 9-5 job but I also see my friends, go to the gym and dance classes in my spare time! I am in the office 3 days a weekI have lived in London for 8 years and know the city very well. I would love to be able to be come friends with the flatmate I find!
