En-suite Double Room to rent in N15

Hi all,

I am offering an en-suite double room with a shared kitchen, living space, and garden. You will have full access to the bottom floor of the property which resides on a quiet residential street in N15. The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, toilet, sink and shower.

The house is close to both Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters Stations (15mins walking, 5mins bus) and is just a short walk to supermarkets and 24 hour shops on West Green Road. You have a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, and shopping close by on Green Lanes, and in Wood Green. Despite this proximity to transport links and entertainment, the area is quiet (the street is LTN) with two parks close-by.

I am a professional, considerate, and clean retiree looking for similar qualities in a housemate. I currently have another tenant (F23) living in the middle section of the house who works full time and shares the qualities above. Both I and my housemate have our own private bedrooms and bathrooms on the second and third floor, but would be using the shared living space, kitchen, and garden on the ground floor. We can discuss times to use these shared areas that work for us all.

All bills are covered including Council Tax. Electricity bill may be discussed come winter depending on usage and rates.

3 months contract with possibility of extension.

Ideally a Monday - Friday contract although open to full time.

No Couples or pets. No smoking inside the property. Female only. No WFH.
