Hello Home Seeker! We are three professionals in our 30’s looking for a new female housemate to join our sociable house share in Haringey.

The room is upstairs at the rear of the house overlooking our lovely garden on a quiet street, just off West Green Road. It includes a double bed, desk, two wardrobes and some book shelves. The room was freshly painted in October.

Here’s some info on the rest of our lovely house:

Kitchen / Dining Space
We have a large kitchen with a dining table including all the usual kitchen appliances (washing machine, dishwasher) as well as a piano! The kitchen backs into a mini conservatory which looks out on our South Facing Garden and gets great light through the whole space all day (London weather dependent!) There are dedicated bike racks there - one for each housemate.

Garden
We have a very generous sized garden that since lockdown we have made our own by building furniture and making ourselves an allotment space to grow our own vegetables. It is an excellent space to entertain friends and we love a good BBQ garden party amongst the flowers.

Living Room
We have a large living room with two brand new sofas and a single seat with a lovely big TV. We furnished it ourselves in October so it's nice and fresh still! The large sofa pulls out into a double bed for any guests you would like to invite to stay.

Study
We have a work space room that we use as a hot desk/work area for WFH situations. One housemate works there most days but it's a lovely space we all use facing onto the garden that always has a free desk to work from as well as a little sofa for reading.

Bathroom/Toilets
We have one main bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, as well as toilet and bidet. Downstairs there is a small secondary toilet beside the back door.

Local Area
The house is really well located - Buses wise, we have the 41, 67 and 341 all stopping within 50 meters from the house. Both Turnpike Lane (Picadilly) and Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) stations are around 15 minutes walk, or you can hop on the bus to either one. There are a number of parks within five minutes of the property, as well as Green Lanes for great dining out and a number of excellent pubs in the area.

The Tenants
We are Craig (33M, English Architect), Jessi (32F, Colombian Visual Merchandiser) & Emyr (39M, Welsh Film Maker) and we have lived together at the property for a number of years. C & J are a couple sharing one of the three rooms. We have always enjoyed being a social household and often cook meals and hangout together.

The cost of the room is £850 per month and includes all bills (Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electricity, Fast Broadband), Tv license, house toiletries (toilet rolls, hand soap etc), and bi-weekly three our visits from a cleaner for the communal areas.

We are incredibly lucky as we have a direct relationship with our lovely landlords (Not through and Agency!). They will need the following documentation if and when you decide to move in: a reference from a previous landlord, a reference from an employer, 2 months bank statements and ID.
