Flatmate:
I, Chris (he/him), age 38, have lived in the flat for just over a year and absolutely love it and the area. Best place I've stayed in my 5 years in London since moving from Scotland. I work full time for a charity so a mix of working at home/office during the week.

Generally pretty easy going, house trained and social. I'm out a lot playing football, gigs, doing yoga, seeing friends and excessively caffeinating. I'm vegan and ideally any housemate would be at least veggie but not a deal breaker if good vibes with someone.

Hoping that you are looking for a home rather than just a pass through place to stay, it's also not a party flat although friends/dates/partners always welcome round! Plants also very welcome, I've added quite a few over the past year but always room for more.

Big interest in music, human rights, politics, anthropology, cinema, photography etc etc.

Location:
Vibrant neighbourhood with excellent transport links and local services.
Literally on top of local shops on Grand Parade (Green Lanes).
0 ~ 10 minutes walk to multiple grocers, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, gyms, parks, doctors, dentists, pharmacies, and more.
