Double Room in 2-person Harringay flat

Hey!

I'm looking for a flatmate (student or young professional) to fill in a lovely room. Please do read the description carefully!

The flat is right next to Harringay train station and a 5-minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes Overground station. There are multiple bus stops as well as 24-hour convenience stores in the area, plus a shopping center with Sainsbury's, Aldi, Superdrug, the Gym Group and many other shopping stores just a 5-minute walk away. And as an added bonus, it's right next to the lovely Finsbury Park!

About the room:
It is a furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and chair as well. The window is east-facing, so you'll get plenty of sunlight, as well as a sweet view of the harringay ladder.
(Some furniture may vary as some if it belongs to my flatmate, but the landlord will provide everything)

There is a shared bathroom next to the room, and a kitchen and my room on the top floor (attic level).

As mentioned, the rent would be £800 per month, plus bills extra, which range from about £100-£150 per person per month. The room is available to occupy on the 27th of July (move in date is slightly flexible).

My flatmate is moving out in July, but the room agreement renews in September, so I'm ideally looking for someone to continue from July until September of 2025.

About me:
I'm a 25 y. o. male with a computer degree and a music degree, currently working as a freelance musician/sound engineer as well as part-time bartender/waiter here in London. I cook a lot (for myself and for others too). I like to keep the house clean and organised, and I also plan on decorating the house a bit more myself and trying to turn it into a warm, cosy home. I'm also fairly active; I workout at the gym and practice yoga and meditation regularly as well.

I strongly believe in keeping the home a safe and respectful space, and I'm looking for a flatmate that I can be friends with and have a healthy relationship with, someone who likes to socialise and likes to have shared meals occasionally, also while we respect each others privacy and space. (Brownie points if you're a musician too hehe)
