Lovely mezzanine room in amazing warehouse *SUBLET

I am subletting my lovely mezzanine room in this amazing Warehouse in Arena Design Centre for 6-8 weeks.

The room comes fully furnished with two large beds; one I use as a sofa and the other one is placed on the large mezzanine which also provides clothing rails. The room is spacious, cosy and warm with a big skylight for natural light.

You will share the house with a bunch of amazing creative people. We love to play games, watching movies together and have the occasional big dinner together.
There is a lovely vibe in the house, you can have your privacy as well as company if you’re looking for it – a perfect balance – and we have two sweet cats.
We have a large kitchen for cosy breakfasts and social gatherings, a cosy lounge which is also our cinema room and a large studio space.
We like it nice and tidy, everybody looks after the place and a cleaner is coming every week for the communal spaces.
This is not a party warehouse but we like to go out together, have a drink together, go to exhibitions and there is lots to do in the surrounding area.

I came here as a sub-letter and loved it so much that I came back!

All bills and costs for essentials are included in the rent: weekly cleaner, toilet rolls, tea bags, super-fast broadband, etc.

The room will be ready to move into from the 18th/19th of December until 5th/12th of February (open to what you are looking for); the rent is £760 a month (£190 per week, preferably to be paid upfront + 400 deposit)
