The flat is a victorian house converted into two flats (we are the top floor flat)
You would be living with me and my boyfriend in this 3 bedroom flat
The environment of the flat is peaceful, respectful and cozy with lots of books and if we have any issues we communicate about them. We always leave the kitchen, living room and bathroom clean after we use them.
Looking for someone who is tidy, clean and respectful and who we can trust 🎀
No smoking and we don’t have house parties/ large gatherings as the communal areas are not suitable. Please be okay with this before you move in <3
Closest stations are Stamford Hill overground 7 mins walk away which takes you to liverpool st and or Seven Sisters tube station 10 mins walk away which takes you to central london in 13 mins
