Large room to rent in my house, as my housemate of around 7 years is moving to his own flat. You will be sharing with me and have use of the bathroom, kitchen / dining area and garden. There is space for a bike in the entrance area. The house is a converted coach house with wooden floors and exposed beams and is at the end of a quiet, private lane. Back door opens on to a small wood. Open plan dining and kitchen area. Looking for an employed, quiet, mature individual; this is definitely not a party house! Also, not suitable for someone working from home. As I usually live here, the kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. Smoking outside only please. Excellent tube, rail and bus connections. Council valuation band C.
