Room to rent in old coach house

Room to rent in my house, as my housemate of around 7 years is moving to his own flat. You will be sharing with me and have use of the bathroom, kitchen / dining area and garden. There is space for a bike in the entrance area. The house is a converted coach house with wooden floors and exposed beams and is at the end of a quiet, private lane. Back door opens on to a small wood. Open plan dining and kitchen area. Looking for an employed, quiet, mature individual; this is definitely not a party house! Also, not suitable for someone working from home. As I usually live here, the kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. Please note, bedroom photos are of my room, as my housemate is currently packing boxes in his room! Your bedroom will be larger, but similar in appearance. Smoking outside only please. Excellent tube, rail and bus connections. Council valuation band C.
