Short term room to rent in old coach house

Short term room to rent in my house while I go on my travels. You will be sharing with my housemate who has been with me for more than 6 years. House is a converted coach house with wooden floors and exposed beams and is at the end of a quiet, private lane. Back door opens on to a small wood. Open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area. I do have a cat and on the very rare occasion when my housemate goes away you might be asked to give her an evening feed and clean her tray. Looking for an employed, quiet, mature individual; this is definitely not a party house! As I usually live here, the kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. Excellent tube, rail and bus connections.
