Big and bright two bed, split level flat recently decorated, freshly painted and carpeted offering a furnished double room (new double bed, mattress, desk and large wardrobe) along with plenty of extra space for drawers, etc. Also includes superfast broadband (1GB) and full Sky TV (with option for getting in your room for free too).

The rest of the place is made up of a good size kitchen, lots of space for cooking and eating in, with all the utensils you need. The living room gets a ton of light and is a really cosy place to watch TV or work in, and there is a separate bathroom (with a bath) and toilet. My room is on the 2nd floor, so there's plenty of space.

A bit about me, Jack, I'm 31 and work in media, in the office 3x a week and at home Wednesdays and Fridays. I'm a big fan of green lanes and have friends and family in the area, so I like to get out of the house to see them and have them round here occasionally too. Very much keen to extend invites wherever of interest socially (if a pint, a workout, or something more cultural!). I love watching sport, being active, trying new foods and visiting new places.

I'm looking for a chilled and clean housemate who values a peaceful home. Ideally looking for someone who leaves home for work, is open minded and friendly.

The area has an embarrassment of the best Turkish restaurants going, gym, grocery stores, delis, bars and a fantastic pub all within 5 minutes walk, Turnpike lane on the Piccadilly line about 7 mins away, and the overground taking you across North London about 10 mins away. I have some fantastic neighbours downstairs too!

Current room will be available from end of October, so flexible move in date from around then. Only a short term let until end of April I’m afraid, will need the room to be free by then.

Bills come to £180 pcm. (Council tax band C)
