1 month Sublet Harringay Warehouse

Hi There, I'm H.

im advertising a sublet of my room for 1 month period while i'm away on work.

this is one of 18 rooms in my warehouse in the Harringay warehouse district.

there are 20 housemates in total consisting of a wonderful mix of people. most work in the creative industries we attend events/gigs together and are quite sociable. often playing boardgames in evenings or having group meals.

we are LGBTQ+ positive with approx half the house identifying as such.

in terms of tenant LGBTQ+ and Creative people are always a plus.

the room comes with double bed and desk as well as shelving/draws that will be empty for your stay.

All bills are included and the house has wifi

House Features:
- there are 4 communal bathrooms
- a communal workshop
- a beautiful garden space kept by our housemate who is a Greensman for tv/film
- projector area for film nights
- large kitchen space with two hob tops
- photography area with backdrop
- communal sofa area
