Hey! We’re Bex and Anders, a couple in our early 30s looking for a new flatmate to join our bright and cosy 2-bed flat in the vibrant Manor House warehouse district for a short-term let over the winter.

📍 Location Highlights:
• 10-minute walk to Manor House (Piccadilly), Stamford Hill (Overground), and Seven Sisters (Overground + Victoria)
• Excellent bus links just a couple of minutes away
• Walking distance to big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and independent shops
• Close to lovely green spots like the Woodberry Down reservoirs and Finsbury Park

🏡 The Flat:
• 2 large double bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower)
• Shared spaces: spacious, comfy living room + well-equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer, airfryer, coffee machine)
• Access to a large outdoor communal space.

🛏 Your Room:
• Bright, partially furnished room with a large skylight
• Comes with a bed, built-in clothes rail and some shelving
• Cosy and quiet, with space to make it your own

✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Friendly, respectful, and clean (happy to pitch in with house bits)
• In stable employment or able to cover rent/bills for the stay
• Ideally 25+, but mainly someone chilled and easy to live with
