Double room in a creative warehouse

Hello! We have 1 double room coming up in our friendly and creative warehouse.

Room:
Good sized bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor. There is loads of light and also loads of storage down the hallway of the room as you can see the current house mate has made this her wardrobe. Comes with inbuilt shelving on one of the walls but otherwise unfurnished. It’s very easy to come by second hand furniture in the area. Viewings will be held from around the 25th of June.

Communal space:
Spacious kitchen/living room with a gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms with showers and one extra toilet downstairs. Outside we have a shared patio and a large courtyard where we love to hang out and do BBQs. We’re always looking for ways to improve the space both indoors and outdoors so it would suit someone that likes to get creative with the space.

Current housemates:
We're in our mid 20's/early 30s: Sheena (music programme coordinator), Ben (bar manager), Ella (), Lochie (chef) and Callum (photo/viedographer).
We all have different schedules but love to spend time together. We sometimes organise dinners, watch movies or go out together. Occasionally we host parties at home but usually for birthdays or special occasions - but there’s always something happening in the neighbourhood!
We are looking for someone on a similar vibe - clean and respectful of communal spaces and each other, open to hanging out and looking for home with a family-like atmosphere.

The neighbourhood:
We’re part of a creative community of the Overbury road. There’s always something going on in the area - gigs, fairs, exhibitions, yoga, bbqs, parties and other events. There’s also a local pub - New River Studios that does amazing pizzas and hosts events too. We’re situated between 3 stations - Manor house (piccadilly), Seven sisters (victoria) & Stamford hill (overground). There’s a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi nearby + off-licence that’s open 24h. We’re close to Woodbery wetlands with lovely reservoirs and a Finsbury park.

The cost:
Rent is £865 inclusive of bills.
We also chip in £15 per month for a cleaner that comes twice per month.
Other costs for essentials like toilet paper, cleaning products, salt etc. are managed through Splitwise.
