Double Room In Warehouse Flat

About the space: available from April 1st, £750 room rent plus £50-100pp for bills (fluctuates seasonally), with one month's deposit. It's an unfurnished double room roughly 3x4m, with high ceilings and an internal window to the living room. There's currently no mezzanine level but you're welcome to build one. The main kitchen/living room area is huge, there's a large 8 person dining table, three sofas and TV area, and two shower & toilet rooms (sadly no bath!). It's a ground floor flat which shares a decking with other flats in Stonehouse - the neighbours are friendly and in the summer especially there are joint gatherings or BBQs. We aren't really a party warehouse but there's plenty of opportunity for that nearby, and we're just down the slope from New River Studios which is a bar with live music and great pizza. We have a weekly cleaner but also all keep on top of things in the shared spaces.

About us: we're a group of 4 people in their 30s, Beks (graphic designer), Ems (tattooer), Josh (pianist), and Louise (charity sector). There's also Albie the dog and Lucas the sphynx cat. We like having our own space but often hang out as a group and watch films, eat together, and do things outside of the house as friends. Josh, Louise and Ems have been living here for 3 years and Beks moved in a year ago.

About you:
- ideally a couple (we're two couples and it was a couple in the room previously, so we're looking to keep the same balance in the flat) but we're open to anyone if they're the right fit
- a similar age to us or older
- not racist, sexist, homophobic, etc
- must get on with animals - Albie is a rescue and he can take a bit of time to warm up to you, so you'll need to be calm and patient around him. Lucas loves cuddling in bed!
- want to stay for a decent amount of time (not hop between the warehouses every few months)
- want to get involved in making the flat a home (we've been doing up the garden, we're thinking of painting the kitchen, stuff like that)
- clean and tidy in the shared areas
- creative people preferred
