The room we have available is on the ground floor. It is for single occupancy only (sorry, no couples). It comes mostly unfurnished and you are free to paint/decorate it however you like. As is the downfall with many warehouses this room does not have an external window although it has a window opening up into the living area so it does get some natural light.
Rent is an amazing £570 a month excluding bills (they usually come to around 100pm including everything). We also do a monthly kitty of £15 that goes towards cleaning supplies and general stuff for the house.

The warehouse itself has 9 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully stocked kitchen, open plan dining/sitting room with a massive projector and another large area in the back of the house with a piano, workspace area and bike storage space.
We have a lot of plants and over the years have tried to make the place as nice and homey as possible, so if you are creative and have any DIY/plant skills you go top of the list!
We have a very friendly cat called Panda who is the queen of the house.
Most housemates work 9-5 jobs, some from home so during the week the house is very quiet and chilled. We usually all do our own thing but we like to have the occasional house dinner. We are not your typical party warehouse, strictly no “seshes”, it’s very much a more homey vibe.
