Double room

Hi! I'm subletting my double room in a 4 person shared house in Haringey. I'm moving out towards the end of may and my three flatmates are planning on moving out end of June. The house will then be free so there is a possibility of taking it on, signing a contract etc for the year starting 1st July if you wanted to find three people to join you. The rent is moving up slightly (£300 between 4) from 1st July but is still cheap compared to what is out there at the moment. The house has a lovely garden, small kitchen and big living room. The room itself is very light and a good size. Its furnished but the desk, book shelves and bed side tables are mine so will be taking them with me. Rent is £170 per week, no deposit needed.
