Chill, friendly 5 bed house with a garden

A housemate is moving out and a double room is available from 1st June in our friendly and sociable house share. It's a five-person house, it's well looked after, furnished and there is a garden out back. The room is £635 pcm excluding bills and council tax (which come to around £100 per person per month).

We're a 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park and the Piccadilly line. We live just off Green Lanes where there are plenty of grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. That said, our street is quiet and residential. There's a large Sainsbury's, Aldi, TK maxx and Homebase a 15 min walk away too which is really handy!

The house is well cared for and we often have house dinners during the week for whoever would like. We cook veggie/vegan dinners to cater for all! Most of us have been here long time and so have made the place homely.
