Sublease - Top Floor Ensuite In Harringay!

Hello folks - I am subleasing my big double room from June 24th to July 26th (flexible on move in/move out dates).

The room: Top-floor ensuite (shower and toilet) double room with ample space for a desk, bed, two wardrobes and other random bits. There's a ton of storage space (including attic nook for storage), and it gets a ton of natural lighting. The room will stay furnished with essentials, and we can agree on anything else.

The house: It's a second/third floor flat off of Green Lanes in Harringay. The flat's location is excellent - 10/15 minute walk to both Manor House Station and Turnpike Lane Station (Picadilly line). There are 24/7 off licenses on Green Lanes, a ton of nice turkish restaurants, pubs, and even a few fun venues in the Harringay warehouse district, including New River studio. The 141, 341 and 29 buses are all at the bottom of our road (2 min walk), and the 29 runs 24/7. Harringay overground and Harringay thameslink are both an 8 minute walk from the gaff. Lovely views to Alexandra Palace and located on a quiet street with nice neighbors! We have a shared kitchen/living room (one room) with a good stove top, oven, air fryer, and a big fridge.

The housemates: We are three roommates, I am an American from Philadelphia, PA (F) and my two roommates (MM) are Canadians - we work in consulting, finance and research. Despite boring jobs, we are a pretty relaxed and friendly house, watching football or old movies on the TV in the living room, or heading down to the Salisbury or Faltering Fullback in finsbury park for a pint. I'll be travelling for this month and so am sub-leasing. One roomie travels every week for work to Europe, and the other works 2 days in the office / 3 at home. Overall, were a fun bunch but during the week its quite a quiet flat as we're busy!
