Cosy double room in victorian terrace

Hey there,

I’m a live in landlord (36 year old) looking for a new flatmate in my refurbished flat.

It’s a bright double room with a large sliding wardrobe and a desk. Cool little roof-deck which I'm slowly kitting out. Shared living room. All bills included, including broadband, council tax and fortnightly cleaner. Deposit is 1 month’s rent, so £1000. 5 min walk to tube and bus station at turnpike lane. Nice little georgian restaurant at the end of the road which is worth checking out.

I work from home in local gov. Interested in cinema, travel, tv, books, music - play in a couple of orchestras (beware my occasional cello sounds). I am gay - so feel free to message if you are too, but I am open everyone.

It’s a 3 bed flat, currently just advertising the second bedroom so the main bathroom would be largely yours for a while. If I rent the third bedroom out at some point, it would then be shared.

Looking for someone who is independent, calm and tidy, and who is also up for the occasional film / drink / meal together. I’d like home to feel like a home for you too.
