Cosy, bright room available in Stamford Hill!

Looking for someone to take on my lovely little room in Stamford Hill. 3 mins walk to Stamford Hill (overground), 15 mins to Seven Sisters (Victoria) and 20 mins to Manor House (Piccadilly). The room is small and an ‘interesting’ shape, but the big Victorian sash window means it gets tonnes of light throughout the day which really does make it a cosy, and comfortable, little space. The room would probably best suit a single bed, especially if you want to fit a desk, but it currently fits a small double. It is unfurnished, but I’m open to offers on the bed, mattress, and clothes rail!

About you:
We’re looking for someone who’s relaxed, laidback, not one to nitpick but is respectful of other people’s stuff and space. If you have decorative items / plants, then even better because the flat might need them after I leave!

About your future flatmates:
Both bartenders at UK Top 50 bar (cocktails can be made available upon request). Both active and into sports (both on and off the TV). A good laugh, always down for a bit of banter or a pub trip.

Jack (27): Outgoing and sporty, definitely the more extroverted of the two of us. Love a random pub trip, cooking vegan lasagne and a connoisseur of trash American action TV (you can tell me to turn it off…) and will happily split a bottle of wine and gossip about your shitty work colleagues.

Ewan (31): My name is Ewan, 31 years young from New Zealand. Being from New Zealand already certifies me as an absolute legend. Sports, food and being in water rule my life (I swim). I’m very easy going and can be the ugly one in your hinge photos. What more do you want!!

Room is available from 8th July - though we can be flexible on the exact move-in date. Bills aren’t included, though Jack is a bit of an energy bill king and so bills have never been more than £61 a month (after recent water bill increases). Send us a message if you’re interested!!
