N15 Double room Summer sublet

Hello! We have a 4-month sublet available in our shared home in N15. The room is available from July 1st to the end of September. You would be joining a lovely household with four other queers in their mid-20s~

About the room:

Medium room on the first floor, overlooking our back garden, furnished with a double-bed, chest of drawers, desk and clothes rails.

Rent: £600 per month
Deposit: £600
Bills: ~£100 per month (Council tax band D)
Available from 1st July until end of current tenancy on 26 September.

Details about the flat:
5 bedroom terraced house split over two floors with two bathrooms, a medium-sized kitchen, well-lit living room, sunroom / laundry room, and back garden.

The house is located on a quiet residential road, just off of Harringay Green Lanes that boasts plenty of cosy cafes, nice restaurants and lovely pubs. The flat is within walking distance of a variety of green spaces, including Chestnuts Park and Finsbury Park. 12 minutes away from Turnpike Lane tube station (Piccadilly Line) 12 minutes away from Harringay Green Lanes overground station.

A large Aldi & Sainsbury’s are a 14 minute walk from the house
Accessibility: There is a small step to enter the front door and there are 17 steps leading up to the first floor where the room is located.

We share and purchase our base grocery and housing items in a communal way. We keep a tidy flat and ensure everyone cleans regularly. We have a good relationship with the landlord, as some tenants have lived in the property for almost 3 years. You would share the house with 4 others as well as a friendly cat named Raccoon.

What we’re looking for in a subletter:

We’re looking for someone aged around 25-35, who is familiar with shared living and wants to make a beautiful home. We would love to live with considerate individuals who are open & gentle communicators, that can be proactive with their needs & boundaries, and who will treat the home with respect.
