Mezzanine room in warehouse conversion

Mezzanine room with a skylight available from July 2nd! The room is 7m x 2m downstairs, 1.5 x 2m upstairs, and the mezzanine is 1.8m tall.

The room comes with the mattress, sofa, electric heater and some other bits and bobs. We’ve got room for indoor bike storage and have room for overflow storage if required. This is not a couple’s room, there’s no smoking indoors, and we are not a party house. You will be sharing the house with 4 other people in their early to late 30s, all working in different fields but with a common love of music, film, cooking and staying active. We like to keep the house a tidy, calm environment day-to-day, but also enjoy having people round for barbecues/dinners/watching the F1, etc. Should be needless to say but we’re LGBTQ+ friendly.

The house has a big communal area with several sofas, lots of plants, a dining room table and breakfast bar. There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower; we all have pretty staggered starts to the day so waiting for the shower or bathroom barely happens. We also have a garden (in London!) with a little fire pit so there is plenty of space to hang out outside in the summer months.

We plan on re-homing a kitten in August so please don’t respond to this advert if you are uncomfortable living with cats or have a cat allergy.


We are one of the smaller warehouses in Arena Design Centre community for creatives of 20+ other warehouses. Arena itself is part of the larger Manor House warehouse community. There is (free) parking onsite for residents who need it, and we are a 15-minute walk from Manor House and Seven Sisters (underground), and Haringey Green Lanes (overground). There’s a shopping centre about 10 minutes away, with your usual shops and a gym too.

Rent is £780 (bills included) with £24 a month for kitty covering communal olive oil toilet paper, bin bags, cleaning products and the cleaner’s wages, all paid on the 1st. Deposit of one month’s rent is required to hold the room.
